      1. Leadership dont know what ethics/integrity mean. 2. People who worked in professional environment before can get easily annoyed by the level of mediocrity and stupidity the management displays 3. Etiquette is 100% absent in management. 4. Being a family-run business, you will find their family-members (with absolutely no experience) in the CxO positions 5. They use lying as a tool to solve employee problems. 6. External-consultants (Amateur) have a great time here. Sometimes they even control employees.

      1) Fake reviews to increase rating 2) Worst place for fresher 3) Mass firing, then mass hiring 4) On average, you ll get 3% hike :) 5) Hiring from top tiered school, then assign them to Manual QA 6) HR - useless, They ll ask you to trust the system.. I never understand what that means. 7) Leadership - 404 Not Found. 8) R&D, Learning - 400 Bad Request 9) Dont bother to Join

      Pros

      Infrastructure and they call they give free snacks like useless junk food's.

      Cons

      Worst Management, all they pray to get projects and don't do work. Family in all the management area and they are all incapable. They fired almost 50 members in my team and today I am. No Projects here. They call Product company but they do service. All waste fellows under top management.. They have screwed my life today for no reason. I will sue and see them in court. This is a Project center and not Software company.. don't play with all our life's. Poor Employee management and human resources. No Professionalism here. Don't think about this company your life will be screwed...

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. We very strongly disagree with the comments you have mentioned here. The situation, comments and the number mentioned seems to be blown out of proportion. Unfortunately, we had to let go a few considering their value-add and not meeting quality standards. As a culture, we try to give them multiple opportunities but we had to take this hard stand in this case. Definitely, we are not a hire and fire company and we do not want to be defined as one. Thanks again!
