A fresher engineering graduate with 2 months of an internship experience can get the designation of Head of HR, Marketing, sales, operations, etc.
Cons
The list is quite vast, but I'll limit it to a few crucial cons: 1. No one knows their KRA, though they give you an appointment letter at the time of joining. 2. No leave policy. They give only four designated leaves, i.e. Republic day, Independence day, Gandhi Jayanti and one more. For any of these 4, you will have to apply. No casual leaves earned leaves, or sick leaves. 3. No festival is celebrated; forget about the small office party. The majority of the employees have not even gotten a chance to meet each other face to face. 4. You will be asked to change your Indian name to a western one if you face the customer. (Strange) 5. The day you join, you will be asked to work, and no product knowledge will be given. 6. No employee engagement activities to build team motivation. Many more...but this should give you an idea! 7. No HR department or a designated person to whom you can ask HR-related queries. 8. Might have to work on the sat sun urgently. If not, then be ready to be in bad books
