Pros
PRG will take care of you like family. We get decent benefits, a monthly travel allowance and a generous 401k profit allocation. Unlike many Bay Area companies, we do not work long hours or have to deal with petty politics. The company has been around for over 20 years and has high expectations for integrity and making sure clients are well taken care of. I like the detail nature of the work and that we get exposure to benefits, payroll tax and other human resource areas.
Cons
Nothing major to report other than we don’t have formalized training programs and have to “self-learn” on the job for the most part.

Your co-workers are great. The people who are in the trenches with you.
Cons
Management is lazy and non-responsive. Starts with the CEO and goes down from there. They don't give you time to learn your job. Complete 180 from what they told you in the interview. High turn over.

8yWe know it hurts to be terminated for poor performance and not everyone can meet expectations. Sorry it did not work out. It cost the company resources and money to find out a supposedly experienced salesperson lacked the necessary skills and drive (among many other shortcomings which would hardly be right to air publicly). Let's just call the review a heavy dose of sour grapes.
