      Pros

      I appreciate the hybrid work setup. The company is now moving more towards encouraging employee training during work hours as well as other benefits such as pensions private healthcare which is good as these were all lacking before.

      Cons

      Perhaps some minor communication improvements but there is not really much I can fault them on.

      Some days there is little to no work but you are expected to complete timesheets (to the minute)
