As a manger full freedom is given to think and implement.Independent thinking is an added advantage here.

Cons

As a manger you will not given any executive.Will have to travel inter and intra states on daily basis.too much of politics.Window of oppurtunity to new guys are not given.

Cons

1. Management feels you are their slaves. 2. Work is below average. 3. MD and CEO are the worst. They abuse people in the meetings. 4. Doesn't care about employees. 5. No work delegation and responsibility, everything is micromanaged. 6. They do not take your inputs seriously.
