      Pros

      Opportunity is the best word to describe Payzer. Anyone who learns the product, customer and industry will take on more responsibility, grow into new roles and be well compensated over the long term. This company has taken care of its people for a long time.

      Cons

      Lack of organization and execution at times, but we have improved greatly in the past year.

      Pros

      - Management seems to care - Promotes from within - Nice/new office - Hybrid work available - Loved the CEO. Always walked around asking how people were doing

      Cons

      My only con was that I was kept in a role I did not love. Part of that is on me because I did not ask to be moved out of the role before I completely checked out and pursued a new opportunity elsewhere. By the time I was offered a new role, I was ready for a fresh start.

      This is a growing company with an action plan to make an impact. Not a typical 9-5 in the most positive way posibile. Everyone's thoughts, opinions, and feedback are heard. The little things day in and day out make a difference.
