Majority of management is inexperienced, favoritism is used frequently, significant gap in priority between offices/roasting facility and retail shops, no room for career growth
Better than dying. If you do they will use your death to elicit sympathy and sales.

It used to be a happy positive place to work. Management took on new investors. They decided to go after market share. The unprofitably of that choice has been raining down negativity for years.
