Decent benefits. Average pay. Close to legislature grounds and restaurants.

Cons

Work enough to get every 2nd Friday off for flex but only get every 3rd off . Very cliquey. Gossipy. Poor management. Money wastage. Surprised they're solvent. Have seen people called stupid , lied to, and their privacy breached by staff and managers. Not family friendly though they say they are . Unethical . Share personal details with others in industry.

Employees and management outright bullying staff. HR is froends with management so no consequences. Gossip was rampant. Supervisors breaching privacy and part of gossip. Low pay. Only training is fpr the favorites Work enough hors to get 2 flex days but only gwt one. Take it or leave it. You had to be janitors 2x year cleaning kitchen, boardrooms etc for some snacks AFTER work

- they don’t support WFH - a lack of stability in terms of work flow management and also moving up in your career - behind on technological advancement - employee has to pay for parking ($250 a month) - High turnover rate (always job postings every week) - lack of training (being ready for the job role) - upper management is VERY biased and one sided. - low pay for the amount of work being done. Every few weeks there was someone quitting.
