Pros
I enjoyed being able to work mostly by myself and unsupervised if you are a self starter it is very nice in that aspect your stores are your stores and can stay as clean and easy to manage as you make them
Cons
Some of the hours are very very early due to store times and some supervisors can be a touch difficult
