I loved how when I started it felt like I've worked with them for years. It's truly a family atmosphere. They have a great training format and supply you with a surplus of leads. As long as you are doing what you need to do they stay off your back. They take care of their employees and provide you with anything you need for work.

Cons

Sometimes on a roof in rain or other bad weather. there is an endless amount of knowledge to learn about product and profession that will take some time. Benefits is a bit on the steep side through company.
