      - The social good and contribution to youth learning is motivating - CEO shared vision and was open to new ideas - Enjoyable working environment - Friendly, supportive co-workers - Most cross-functional departments were open to ideas and collaboration

      Pros

      Peachjar has a supportive Senior Management team who have created a friendly, supportive, hard working, team atmosphere for employees. I have never worked in a Company before where everyone believed and cared about the job they were doing as much as I have here at Peachjar. Option to work remotely from home is wonderful too!

      I was hired in August 2021 and can not think of any cons so far.
