Pros

Growing portion of the company, job security, salary improvements, solid benefits, being a part of a service that is just scratching the surface on what it’s capable of

Cons

Work/life balance is not prioritized. NBCU culture wants your phone attached to you so you are accessible all day, every day. Some teams are staffed 24/7/365 which makes a proper balance nearly impossible.

Pros

paycheck, "nbc" on resume and standard benefits

Cons

Extremely toxic. NO work/life balance. cliquish, NO boundaries. Terrible management, non existing leadership, zero mentoring. zero transparency, racist, zero diversity. HR is a joke.
