      Work from Home Decent pay

      Cons

      Weak Matrix of "Functional Departments" that make PMing difficult. No Quality System or Defined processes/documents Every man for himself but it helps to be friends with department heads. Lot of uncommunicated expectations and empty promises. No continuous improvement efforts.

      Work at home… so you don’t have to deal with their nonsense.

      Cons

      Peaklogix software team is disfuncional. Leadership thinks intimidation and threats of losing your job are proper motivation. Whatever you do, don’t work here. Benefits are a joke too. Super expensive.
