      Pros

      It is quite a decent place to work in. Peaks is a company where everyone really have a say on their domain. You'll have enough room to invest in yourself. People are great, and as a nature of being a startup, environment is very vibrant.

      Cons

      There are not many perks, I am afraid.

      Thank you for your feedback. Regarding benefits (beyond the standard ones), we are working on offering things that reflect our values. In fact, it was thanks to an original idea from our Works Council that we've been offering family support leave for a few months now, so we always have time for our loved ones when a difficult situation arises.
