The owners choose employees to favor. Delivery drivers and event managers get better shifts if they are male and are part of the owners favorite group. Rules are not consistent. Favorites get to do what they want including extra days off, not working holidays, preferred jobs and if you are in sales you get better leads. The owners make sure you cannot hit “ the moving target “ of sales goals. In fact, they don’t mention what your goals are clearly and do emphasize that it’s a “moving target”. Huge warning. They make sure you get deductions from your sales goals like drivers damaging trucks. They do not offer progress checks or fairly divvy out leads. Favorites get programs that can help hit sales goals, anyone less gets minimum delivery’s or ghost leads or spam. If you are the kind of person who play games, deal with policies shifting every 6 months, and are willing to sell frozen pre bought appetizers for people’s events, this is your gig! The owners emphasize using the frozen food options on their menu so they can make higher profits. They do not value creativity.
