Pros

For veterans and others with disabilities who face challenges in the traditional work place, PIN offers a great opportunity to rejoin the workforce. The pay is adequate, although raises and bonuses are not offered. Communication between between workers and most members of management was usually good.

Cons

Very unpredictable work periods. Projects are few and far between, and often are very short term in length. Most projects only last a few weeks to a couple of months. The longest project that I worked on lasted seven months and ended very abruptly with no warning from management. Management was always claiming to have several "big contracts in the works", but no specifics were ever given. When a new project did start up, they chose to hire from outside rather than offer work to existing employees who were waiting to be called back from layoff. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Pros

There are zero pros for this company. I have never disliked a company so much. It's not about following the rules. It's about kissing up to management.

Cons

Management sucks. The corporate people roll in to town and have no clue what is going on. It's a complete joke. They don't appreciate hardworking employees and fire the people in HR that care about the employees they are all about the money and it's very obvious.

Pros

The work hours. Some of the management is really good to good for there. I really have nothing positive to say. Insurance is paid for, but u can't afford for your family. No dental or vision.

Cons

No support, sitting 8hrs a day with only about 10 phone calls. Not knowing what to tell people about the system being down because u have to scrip everything.
