Co workers are kind and friendly except that leadership and management team

Cons

Total Time waste Kind of wasting our experience for some literates who thinks they are the god for all the employees No proper management No proper salary Fake promises Spoil our career life Be aware!!!!!

There are not much pros.. to say. But only thing if you are in other department except Recruitment, you can be bit relaxed, but you will be stalked.

Cons

There are many cons.. I realized it later only.. there will be so many negative reviews coming for the company, but i thought they're irrelevant , Anyhow, later on when management told me about layoff, i came to know their real face, Its for cost -cutting ... many o them are removed like that.

Here i have joined & working for more than 1 year, the company has contributed much to my growth & exposure to industry.. since my 3 years career. Mostly the other companies wont give chance to less experienced persons.. but management considers every talent equally.

Cons

Only the login timings & permissions are not that flexible
