Pros

Good for a start of career

Cons

Lowers payment, no team work, the CEO wants you to do everything in the office but offers nothing in exchange. If you are a robot that can work 24/7 without complains then this company is the right place for you

Pros

Not a single one. Steer away.

Cons

No promises kept, no support, docking pay, no receipts given for fees that are only agreed verbally as representatives state “they are not authorized to email what was just discussed”, dodgy affiliations with unsafe housing solutions that are delivered as an ultimatum. Mishandling of personal documents out of spite for not allowing exploitation, that add to the risk of identity fraud and promotion of crime and increase of criminality in the U.K. by allowing individuals without a DBS to start work in order to bring in new individuals in their accommodation on Rutland street and charge again without receipts. No diversity, only one group in the office and a specific Eastern European country mainly as Healthcare assistants, Anyone else is targeted (discriminated against.)

Pros

Get paid to get dressed up and gossip wether you work or not, also if you don't get involved in the gossip then you will never fit in.

Cons

Like being in a playground. Motivated by money, rather then providing a good service of care to there clients service users. Carers are not valued and quality of carers is very poor. No risk management been put into place or not willing to adapt any changes.
