Where do I begin…. Subpar leadership is a recurring issue at this organization. The company seems to view employees merely as statistics, rather than individuals. Despite my efforts to establish personal connections with each team member, it was disheartening to witness a lack of reciprocal interest from upper management. Furthermore, their approach to managing the impending workforce reductions was deeply unsettling and appeared to undermine the dignity of all employees.

Culture of employee recognition, whether by positive feedback or compensation through raises/bonuses/etc are non-existent. Leadership shows very little concern with the wellbeing of its staff. They are more focused on making money than they are taking care of their employees. Complete lack of integrity from leadership: they are, time and time again, willing to lie to customers to get a sale.
