      Great support as a new manager

      Pros

      As a new manager I felt very supported in my role from senior management who helped me a lot over the time I was there.

      Cons

      Had a poor experience with HR when it comes to communication and sending documentation however I don't think that reflects the company as a whole.

      Not a single positive thing to say about it. Shambles poor management and completely unprofessional
