Pros
The people working with you are friendly, and the atmosphere has a loose, casual feel. No dress code and there is a lot of freedom. Great place for part-time jobs.
Cons
Management: Verbal abuse, Mistreatment of employees, and Micromanagement Full-time employees are constantly talked down on, and tasks must be done the exact way the manager wants. 70% of the time, the manager is dissatisfied with the work and speaks to employees in a very unprofessional and condescending tone with frequent cursing and yelling. Employees are constantly leaving due to the constant abuse from the manager, but the part-time employees are insulated from the abuse. The Pros are SEVERELY outweighed by the Cons.
