      Promote from within, interested in the success of their employees and furthering education as well as career. Employee recognition and bonuses. The providers treat the medical assistants like human beings and are eager to teach.

      Is willing to hire new graduates.

      Cons

      Poorly organized, suspicious medical tactics. All new graduate APPs with little training or oversight. MA's are not certified with little experience. Convince you to sign a contract with a scary, hefty fine to pay if you break it.
