Office look acceptable; Good Coffee and Tea

Cons

The position was basically sold to me and was put only in good light, although it is a hard to do job. A LOT of responsibilities and you might work overtime, also not being paid for it. You work with consultants and basically are their secretary, to change their schedule and keep them informed all the time about anything. The consultants sometimes see the workers in this position as inferior beings and have a very unpleasant attitude towards them.

Eat what you kill environment. No training and development of professional staff. Only focused on the bottom line.

A very good example of a very bad company

It was a nice a interview, but that's all.

Cons

Poor management: no managerial skills, micro management, no adequate feedback; overtime not paid: your shift usually starts at 9am but never ends at 6pm; salary much below the market level; no work-life balance, everyone knows about it, but if you say a word - the managers turn your life into a nightmare
