Someone is out there helping you find a position. Someone to talk to when you have concerns

Cons

Waiting until end of July/beginning of August to get a position. Lower salary. Bad salary hikes, especially now with inflation so high. Not being able to stay within the same district for more than a year sometimes.

Pros

The owners and senior leadership of any company set the tone for the whole operation. PediaStaff's owners decided many years ago that the purpose of our business is to help children receive the therapy and education they need and deserve. When we're successful, candidates get the job they're seeking, schools and clinics get the professionals they need, and ultimately the children are served.

Cons

None that have mattered to me.
