Pros
Pediment is an excellent place to work if you are starting your career or if you are in a point in your life where work/ life balance is very important. The doors of management are always open, and I have only been treated with respect and kindness every time I approach them. The work environment is great!
Cons
Since it's a small company, there are no opportunities for promotions or significant raises.

I agree with the recent reviews that the Pediment Group is a great place to work. The negative reviews posted here must have been from the few complainers that were let go in the last several months. Working here has been really fun and the team is full of fantastic people!
Cons
A few employees work remotely most of the time so sometimes it can be hard to know who will be in vs who will be out of the office. But we all use Slack and everyone is reachable.
