Pros
The people - clients and staff- are wonderful and they really care about each other.
Cons
Was a very relaxed and comfortable place to work but new turn in management makes it feel more corporate. Workload is a lot for a work life balance.

Pros
Workloads are unrealistic and when you ask for help you don't receive it. They've restructured the corporate side of things and that's when things started to take a turn for the worst. You get bumped to salary and are expected to work extra hours but their flex time policy is so limited that it's not worth it!
Cons
Heavy work load, no work life balance
