      The mango is ok? I don’t know.

      Cons

      Bro culture toxicity. Unaccepting of any individuality - you will be bullied into conformity. Mandatory “fun” company events that take up personal time. You will have no personal privacy and be micromanaged to the fullest extent. As for the 5 star reviews listed by other employees, those were all written around the same date … due to the fact that the company was tanking at the time. Management most likely instructed those to be written for the illusion of success, just as they instructed employees to write anonymous but extremely favorable product reviews on Target’s website when sales were down. This company has a very complicated relationship with the truth.

      Pros

      It's a wonderful place to come to everyday filled with fun, motivated team members. The brand is amazing both from a product stand point and being completely on trend/well accepted. The amount of time off that is given creates a great work/life balance. Benefits start right away so no waiting period. And did I mention the brand is growing double digits in multiple channels.....unreal!

      Cons

      The only con I can put down is that you have to wait 90 days to enroll in 401K but that is not uncommon.

      Pros

      The whole team is friendly, helpful, and caring. Their is opportunity for growth and the company is motivated to get healthy snacks in as many hands as possible. Time off is a big plus at Peeled Snacks. The benefits are also a big plus.

      Cons

      Nothing out of ordinary. There are your typical cons that come with any company.
