Cons
A lot of the issues come from disorganized management and poor communication from higher ups and between departments. There's a lot of potential for this to be an amazing company if management was held accountable. Right now, your experience depends on what department you're in and how well you click with the manager. Some people fit in perfectly, are treated very well, and have plentiful opportunities to advance or shift into other roles. Others seem to be stuck in place despite hard work and taking on extra responsibilities, and remote options are a perk offered to certain employees but not others. Some truly kind, talented people were turned into scapegoats and treated horribly, as if management was purposefully trying to make them quit. It's a mixed bag with a 50/50 shot. You'll either make the right connections and flourish here, or you'll be miserable until you're forced out. Pay is average for the area but could and probably should be more considering the company's growth spurt and success over the last few years. No childcare assistance even though there are a lot of working moms at the headquarters. On-site employees are expected to rotate days and clean the kitchen, bathroom surfaces, and common areas in between professional deep cleans.
