A REAL REVIEW - Steer clear

Pros

I had the privilege of working alongside some exceptional colleagues, but unfortunately, they departed due to the toxic culture and absence of effective leadership. Also, it appears that all reviews on this platform are fabricated and authored by leadership, reflecting a recurring pattern of deceit, manipulation, and misinformation performed by the leadership team around the clock.

Cons

Where to start... Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company if you value your well-being. Despite their smooth talk and grand promises, the leadership will deceive you with praise to your face while gossiping behind your back and plotting your termination. The majority of the leadership team has lost all credibility and trust. Peerlogic thrives on deceit and unfulfilled promises both internally and externally. Industry insiders openly criticize Peerlogic's tarnished reputation within the dental field and advise against doing business with them. The company is a chaotic, disorganized mess with misplaced priorities (struggling to meet sales targets and notorious for late payments to employees and partners), yet they've wasted MONTHS searching for pricey office space no one desires to work in, except the CEO. It's 2024, and as a SaaS AI startup, they inexplicably reject a hybrid/flexible work model, despite claiming otherwise, mandating employees to work in small, bare rented office spaces without adequate equipment or desk space. Regarding their product, it's essentially an embellished call transcription tool. Just as they oversell to their employees, they oversell to customers, delivering half-baked features that are neither useful nor fully automated as advertised. The company website showcases a platform and features that the actual product lacks, leading to confusion and high customer turnover. Overall, the presence of certain inflexible leaders, who exhibit a pattern of dishonesty and manipulation, compounds the issue. These individuals demonstrate a concerning reluctance to feedback input from both employees and customers, fostering an environment of stagnation and distrust. Their failure to adapt and embrace constructive feedback jeopardizes the company's prospects for sustainable growth and success. It's obvious their shortsightedness and disregard for honesty and transparency will be the downfall of the company in the long run. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the mental/emotional abuse, manipulation, and disappointment.

A Toxic Work Environment Disguised as a Startup

Pros

Exposure to the dental tech industry (...and that’s about it.)

Cons

If you love being underpaid, overworked, and completely unappreciated—this job might be the perfect fit for you. The company constantly claims there’s “no money” for employee raises or proper staffing, yet somehow there’s always a budget for expensive golf tournaments, lavish dinners, and wining and dining doctors and office managers just to close a deal. Priorities are painfully clear—and employees are not one of them. Transparency is not valued here. In fact, being honest about the product’s limitations (both internally and to clients) is actively discouraged. Employees have been reprimanded simply for telling the truth. It's a culture of spin, not substance. The "unlimited PTO" is a joke. Try calling in sick or attempting to work remotely while unwell—you’ll be met with guilt, suspicion, or outright punishment. If you have a family, be prepared to act like they don’t exist. The only “family” that matters to management is the one making them money. Also, take a look at their reviews—notice how the only 5-star ratings come from Account Executives? No surprise there; they’re the only team leadership actually listens to or invests in. Need to take time off for a death in the family? Good luck. Grieving isn’t a luxury you're allowed here. It’s baffling that this company has managed to avoid lawsuits related to labor law violations and wrongful terminations. Leadership, especially at the top, seems out of touch with reality. The CEO operates as if everyone has the same wealth and resources he does—newsflash: most of us are working-class people who can’t jet off to Europe during peak seasons. The only "pro" I can think of is gaining exposure to the dental industry—but even that comes at a high personal cost. Steer clear unless you're desperate for a paycheck and don’t mind compromising your values, health, and sanity.

A Real Look at this Company

Pros

Some talented individuals work here, but they don’t stay long once they realize what’s really going on. If you’re looking for a case study in how not to run a tech company, this place provides plenty of lessons.

Cons

This company is a masterclass in hypocrisy. They preach about grit, innovation, and excellence, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth. • Woke culture over competence – Leadership is more focused on performative virtue-signaling than actually fostering a strong, results-driven team. The culture prioritizes optics over meaningful progress. • CTO out of his depth – The CTO lacks the technical and product expertise needed to guide the company effectively. His constant interference leads to unnecessary bottlenecks and a demoralizing work environment. • Struggles with attracting and retaining top talent – The company talks about hiring the best, but in reality, most strong professionals leave quickly after realizing the dysfunction. Leadership undervalues experience and is unwilling to invest in truly exceptional people. • A mediocre product wrapped in marketing fluff – They present themselves as an AI leader, but the technology is just a repackaging of OpenAI products. Customers and vendors are frequently misled, and the actual product falls far short of what’s promised. • Disorganized and outdated work culture – Expect shifting priorities, inefficient processes, and leadership that resists change. The result is constant frustration and stagnation across teams. • Wants premium results on a bargain budget – They expect employees to deliver at the level of top-tier tech companies while offering below-market compensation and limited resources. The disconnect between expectations and reality is glaring. • Rigid in-office mandate – Despite claiming to support flexibility, they enforce a strict in-office policy with little justification. The office itself is cramped, poorly equipped, and adds no real value to productivity or collaboration. • A culture of deception – Whether it’s misleading customers about the product, making empty promises to employees, or misrepresenting partnerships, dishonesty is a recurring theme. Trust erodes quickly once people see the reality behind the scenes.
