      Pros

      There's nothing to add here as the whole company is based just on a idea which is already patented

      Cons

      The company has no internal organization with just a few people doing all the roles and no one knows the official ways of doing things in a corporate business. Currently there is no secure work future in this company.

      Lack of efficient management ...No plus points...............Nothing to describe as such...though easy interviews

      Don't have any work ethics or planned work map.....................................................................no one knows what to do exactly
