Micromanaging!!! Do not know what they need to do next. Do not know what own employees are capable of doing!! Can not find any investors for over a year. CEO does not have any strong opinion on anything. Product is ok, but progress is so slow, it is unbelievable! The biggest thing is that they don’t have a specific plan

Where to even begin? This place had a lot of potential. They hired and fired aggressively. When the company was lean we did great things and people were happy. Not exactly sure what happened but somewhere along the lines we lost a major client and things went downhill fast. Founder was passive-aggressive and mean spirited making lots of snide comments about her employees. President of the company was just awful. He yelled at the entire team over a pizza lunch telling us to shut up. Granted there was a client meeting in the office but you would think he would be happy to have clients witnessing an office filled with happy employees. CTO was just plain useless. When he wasn't chain smoking he was playing handball in the office.
