Excellent training, Weekly company outings, Management assists in helping you to succeed, Fun atmosphere, Employees are all around great to work with.
Cons
Long hours, Extended periods of walking/standing, Not all employees are honest with their individual stat sheets (padding numbers), You must pay for parking daily unless you can find free parking in busy downtown area.

Good salary for a graduated engineer, flexible time for studying a master degree, you can develop your skills as a embedded engineer, software engineer.
Cons
Work extra time without payment , lose to much time in meetings, lose too much time stuck in the traffic,
