Cons

Toxic management culture in parts of the business. Employees who raise concerns may feel unsupported rather than listened to. Lack of transparency in performance management and disciplinary processes. Communication between senior management and staff could be significantly improved. Mental wellbeing and employee welfare do not always appear to be prioritised.
