They involve everyone in the process, the business development side is handled entirely by senior people, execution is done by Directors down with overview by MD's or Partners, permitted to work remotely as long as the work gets done, flexible hours, again so long as the work gets done. They are very straight shooters.
Cons
A lot of work, sometimes long hours, high standards for levels of detail, they listen but then what they say goes. They expect you to check your email hourly and respond to any question, etc, within that hour, unless it is after 10 pm or before 6 am.
