Good facility, decent people, and fun events.

Cons

Management has favorites, and there’s nothing you can do about it. Several cliques have been created in the office. All everyone cares to do is gossip. I was treated differently because of my race. I had to constantly do more work to get less pay and miss out on a promotion.
