      It's really hard to come up with any. There are good people who care at the frontline staff and site manager level.

      Cons

      Be wary of the 5 star reviews. Managers and team members were told to submit them because the ratings were so low. A lot of brutal interdepartmental fighting with no real leadership. You will be micromanaged. Very unstable - entire leadership team has turned over at least twice in the past 3 years.

      *no weekends off *pay is not enough *management and supervisors are unprofessional and rude *company claims that youre an actual employee when in reality you're just a temp working for an agency *lack of respect or care for employees *no accountability *lead has you doing their work as they stand around
