-Easy to get hired -Nice people (lot of asians) -Free parking

Cons

-Low pay compared to other places -Repetitive work, not challenging -No opportunities to go up -It's in the middle of nowhere, nowhere to go for lunch

multi-management low salary micro-management nothing to learn from the job, slow progress on the product

- employees are fun to be with - monthly lunches + games bring all employees together to mingle and chat - flex time options

Cons

- low salary - zero to few options for career advancement - management will have employees continue working even in days with extreme weather conditions unless they file it and take days off their vacation allocation
