      abysmal management, big ambition, poor investment... Poor company.

      Pros

      Unfortunately I can't something to actually say in a positive manner about working here... I got paid every month is about the highlight.

      Cons

      Managers want to be managers and directors want to be directors without doing what the title demands. The company has tried to promote a new management system but the current management want a hybrid of their outdated methods with the modern instruction, in short ignoring anything modern and staying in the 80s. Wages are poor, workload unstructured, no social events, even the Christmas lunch gets minimal donation, pay rises are based working well over the contacted hour for free.... Don't expect renumeration to reflect this, that money goes to the top.

      Pros

      None, trying to find one, but they're as cheap as the owners suit.

      Cons

      Their culture is money for the company in hope that there is some trickle down effect, don't be fooled the cash stays at the top and if you have brown nosed the right way you might get a below market standard pay rise.....

      Pros

      Most of the people where nice... But they left because of the management!

      Cons

      The management! Lack of staff resources. Archaic working practices and management style. Workload is sporadic and unmanaged. Senior staff trying to impress the management through specifying unrealistic timescale for delivery, therefore work must be done in YOUR time. Non adherence to there own policies on a local level. Management place themselves on a level of pedestal of inculpability.
