      Great work-life balance and healthy culture

      Pros

      Company has a friendly and supportive atmosphere without excessive corporate bureaucracy. Remote flexibility is a big plus, and my team and manager focus more on results then unnecessary meetings. I also like how AI is being integrated into workflows in a practical and useful way.

      Cons

      The onboarding process could be more organized. I had to contact support multiple times to get access to the software and tools needed for work.
