Overall , the company is well organized. For interns it is a boon, for freshers also it is helpful in learning. For experienced it is a previleage. This company has good people around, less politics and always keeps you on toes. More 200% you perform, the rewards will be given accordingly.

Cons

In some cases, there may be delay for increment, or bonus Since it is growing midtech company, sometimes overtime will be given and no compensation for that.
