      Pros

      Good location with nice customers.

      Cons

      Absolutely disgusting attitude towards all employees from the owner. A complete mean girl. She will run you dry and make problems out of thin air. Threatens legal action for any bad talk about the company and for that reason anyone is scared to say anything. Just look how she replies to negative reviews and you can see for yourself. This company won’t be around long. Zero kindness and compassion. No respect.

      Good Place for the Right People

      Pros

      The store is beautiful full of amazing products, plants, and flowers. If you like to be busy and learn continuously, this is a perfect spot to gain interesting knowledge and truly appreciate all of the items & services offered. The owner is very flexible and understanding, she is a very knowledgeable CEO and is the most put together owner I have worked with in small business.

      Cons

      It can be high stress, It is a multi-faceted business that requires a lot of work for all of its moving parts. ( but that is standard for the position no matter the company)
