Pros
The opportunity to learn different facets of business. You'll get to see how the different functions work together to keep a business running.
Cons
Owner is constantly changing directions and giving new assignments, then getting upset when other assignments aren't done. You're expected to be a Superman while getting paid substandard wages.

Pros
Weekly pay, when paid on time. Opportunity for benefits plan, which you pay. Relatively low stress, except when invoices are overdue.
Cons
Cold atmosphere, no straight answers about when pay will be delivered, mocking temp employees, and constant lies. If there are problems, they should be communicated ahead of time, so you're not dumping tons of problems on someone at the end of the day.
