      - "Family" feel - Some great colleagues

      Cons

      - Below market average compensation - No room for growth or development - "Everyone is equal" mentality effectively discourages above average performance - Old school HR policies that focus mainly on disciplinary (negative) as opposed to potential and growth (positive)

      Pros

      Job stability is pretty much guaranteed and you have frequent exposure to the board. Exposure to the big Coca Cola marketing machine is also very advantageous.

      Cons

      Remuneration is not great and opportunities to advance to senior management is scarce. The use of a company car and the accompanying taxes make it difficult to enter the vehicle market once you leave.
