Tough place to work

Pros

Working with high school kids can be fun but also challenging because they call out sick often. The members are nice but half of them are entitled and can be extremely rude when they don’t get what they want. The executive director is very picky and at time condescending. My manager was very kind but his kindness was his weakness. He meant well and wanted to do well.

Cons

Management Is wishy-washy. The rules change depending on who they’re applying to.

Pros

Excellent place to work. The residents are a fantastic group of people which makes it a pleasure to serve them. They are a happy, well cultured, diverse, well taken care of bunch. The associates and management make it a great place to work as well. It really does take a village to accomplish some of the events that we regularly put together and the village always shows up!

Cons

It's sometimes difficult to find parking on days of large events. In addition to the limited associate parking on-site, there is not enough public parking in nearby lots after 9:00 am.
