      Pros

      Some of the staff are positive to work with but others are not. I know that there are quite a few people who I can rely on every time I come to work.

      Cons

      PRMC is severely understaffed and the management has unrealistically high expectations to get things done as quickly as possible. I decided to join this team because I was promised many opportunities for growth and advancement but after 4 months, I am still where I was when I first started and consider myself overqualified for my job. I am either overworked, undermined, or bored. This organization puts patients before employees needs, which I do not agree with.
