Management are Continually working on better staff engagement. Thin management structure, older premises that takes a lot of upkeep. No corporate uniform provided.
Co-workers were all very nice. Hours were steady and lay offs were rare. At one time there were monthly pizza parties and small Christmas bonuses but that went away.

Too much micro management. The management don't trust the employees to do their jobs. Pay was very stingy too.
