Pros

The people I worked with were the most accepting and loving people I've ever been around in a work environment. You get to work on really important campaigns and make a real difference. Base pay 9.50 (I think) but I always made around $14 with commision

Cons

the only cons I would say is that if you have anxiety this may not be the job for you. Not reaching your quota brings down your hourly wage to $7.25 and also you will lose it if you don't make quota for 3 weeks.

Cons

Evening hours required for canvassers, low pay if not meeting donation goals, physically strenuous

Pros

Learned so much about grassroots organizing, the training was amazing, and the people were all so kind and passionate.

Cons

I worked long hours most days and even multiple nights a week, sometimes it was hard to find a work/life balance
