Pros

Market offering is substantial in terms of service to clientele. This makes the atmosphere for growth perfect. Good people that are honest to work with.

Cons

Older company learning to grasp the newer age of technology, as with any company navigating this. It takes time to adopt and can be a struggled at times.

Pros

Since I started with Penn 7 years ago, there have been many changes made and bad seeds have slowly been weeded out (management, hourly, and salary employees included). Penn currently has a strong focus on creating and sustaining a positive work environment and teams that help each other and lift each other up. The changes I've experienced in my time here, especially the last couple of years, have been very positive and I believe the company is going in a very good direction. My direct manager and team are amazing and I could not ask for better people to spend my work days with. Upper management is very approachable, has the employees best interest in mind, and are absolutely there if you need them.

Cons

Previous managers and some team members were not ideal to work with, but as stated prior, the changes that have been made have created a much more comfortable, positive, and drama-free environment. I have no cons to list at this time,

Pros

I started here in 2015, I was laid off due to Covid in 2020, after I have been to a few other office positions, I have returned. I am in a different department since my return but have never been treated bad in any of my time being here. Even the upper management has been great with anything I have encountered. Opportunity for advancement!

Cons

I have no cons to share at this time. nothing but good news, if the company was bad, Why would I have come back
