Family friendly atmosphere, management and employees are always willing to put in the extra effort and teach you whatever you need help with. I started here in January as a dispatcher, and I can see in the future with dedication and hard work career advancement within the company is very promising!! If you’re looking for more than just a job and want to have a career this is the place to be and you will not be disappointed!! You will always have positive encouragement and you feel appreciated everyday you come in to work!

Was a good company to work for at the time!

Money was ok - and Benefits was ok. Worker bees were Great!

Cons

The owner retired and turned the company over to his son's that are not following in his footsteps. The owner knew how to treat his employees and was fully aware of who really got his company to where it was financially. The son's were hand fed and has no idea how to walk up to one of their employees, shake their hand, give them a pat on the back and Thank them for being a part of keeping their company in business.

We are fortunate to enjoy the family owned aspects of this business, including a family friendly culture that extends from management and permeates through each of our locations. As it stands today, we have seen more and more drivers come back to us because they thought things would be better elsewhere. And to quote a lot of them, when they do return, they say, "it feels like home". We are sorry you had a different experience here.
