Pros

Very very few good workers

Cons

Union and management are both crooked and dirty. The union does nothing for any of their employees unless you're in a certain click of people. Management have one goal and that's how bad they can screw with certain employees in a day. As far as the Union, there is none. The union is in with management and they both work together to satisfy their own needs. Employees are treated unfairly and wrong. It's a place where nepotism is very strong. Certain people get catered to and others are walk all over on. It's a very nasty place to work. If you would ever get hired there you would know what I mean. But if you can, stay away. Best advice. The union and management care nothing for you. All they do is steal your union dues and do nothing. it's also a very dangerous place to work. Because people are so unhappy there they don't care. Stay away find work somewhere else.

Pros

You get a lot of time off. Two weeks vacation. Two weeks sick time. Other than that there isn't much that is positive about this employer.

Cons

Was there several years. Job started out good but quickly took a downturn. Management is nonexistent. Pay is also low compared to other terminals.
